If the most popular attraction at Sunday’s Chattanooga Market was any indication, mothers are guiding their children to make solid choices in terms of charity. Or perhaps everyone craved cupcakes. Either way, the people went home happy in a cupcake tasting organized by the Chattanooga Interfaith Homeless Network.
