U.S. Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., said Monday he wants to require homebuyor any home purchase to limit chances of another mortgage meltdown. But Sen. Corker said the consumer protection agency proposed in the financial reform plans could give unchecked power to an individual and produce other problems.
