A two-vehicle crash caused one confirmed fatality Sunday night in rainy conditions, according to Chattanooga police spokeswoman Officer Rebecca Royval.
According to investigators on the scene, a black Ford Ranger was traveling west on East Brainerd when a Ford Taurus, which was facing east on East Brainerd, turned left onto Hickory Valley Road In front of the Ranger.
The passenger of the Ford Taurus was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash but her identity is unknown at this time.
