Here’s what you need to know about each game.
TONIGHT
Post-game fireworks are scheduled. The game starts at 7:15.
SATURDAY
BirdZerk will provide the entertainment. The whirlybird pulls off high jinks with players and coaches, harasses the umpires and officials, and cuts up with the crowd. The game starts at 7:15 p.m.
SUNDAY
Three community promotions will trade canned goods for game tickets (subject to availability) and welcome kids and dogs on the field.
* SunTrust Sundays: Fans are asked to bring canned goods to put in the bed of the Lookouts’ Dodger Blue antique truck parked outside the stadium. Each fan who donates canned goods receives a free general-admission ticket for the day’s game (as available). Canned goods will be donated to Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
* Baseball Sundays: Families are invited to arrive early and play catch on the ball field from 1:15 to 1:45 p.m. Gates open at 12:30 p.m., and the game starts at 2:15 p.m. Game tickets are required to take part.
* Dogs on the Diamond: Pet lovers can bring their dogs for a pregame Pooch Parade, giveaways and the ability to have their dogs’ photos displayed on the video board (submit photos to pintza@lookouts.com). Fans bringing dogs must purchase a $10 combo ticket for general-admission seating, which includes a $6 Pooch Pass. All proceeds from the Pooch Pass benefit the McKamey Animal Care and Adoption Center.
MONDAY
Kids eat free. The deal is a free hot dog and soft drink for children 12 and younger. The game starts at 7:15 p.m.
