Chattanooga police say two men died this morning at the scene of an early morning crash in Hixson.
Investigators said a pickup truck carrying men crossed the center line at 905 Ely Road at 7:10 a.m. and struck an SUV head on, according to a Chattanooga Police Department news release.
The two men were pronounced dead on the scene. A man and woman in the SUV were taken to a local hospital with what emergency workers said were non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are contacting family members of the men before releasing their names.
