Creative Discovery Museum embarks on a busy season Saturday, with the opening of its winter exhibit and three ongoing projects that celebrate the holidays.
‘Winter Wonders’
This winter exhibit, complete with the return of the popular wintry maze, will explore the cold-weather traditions in which children find delight. Through Jan. 17, children may play dress-up in a cozy cottage, explore a winter forest, learn about tracks in the snow and navigate the blizzard tubes in the maze.
Very young children have a space to play with puppets and act out gingerbread and snow stories. In a winter game area, guests can play Nok Hockey and use a full-body ski video game.
