Where’s Santa? He’ll be in the following places this week.
* Northgate Mall: He’s posing for photos in the Hixson mall’s Sears Court starting at 10 a.m. Saturday. Children who visit receive a free coloring book, ‘It Takes Just One,” while supplies last.
Monday nights through Dec. 13 are reserved for St. Nick’s Pet Picks (cats and dogs only). Pet Picks last from 6 p.m. until close.
The snow in the forecast happens at 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. daily, starting Saturday through Dec. 24. It’s magic snow, though, so the flakes aren’t expected to stick. Still, it’s “a holiday spectacle not to be missed,” says a posting on the website, www.visitnorthgatemall.com.
* Bradley Square Mall: Santa will arrive tonight at 6 in Cleveland, Tenn., along with his elves and other helpers in a horse-drawn carriage. Kids can get a free ride in the carriage until 8 p.m. To prepare for the arrival, Chilhowee Dance & Performing Arts will perform on the stage at 5 p.m. Ginger Brown Performing Arts students will follow at 6 p.m. Visit www.shopbrad leysquare.com.
* Hamilton Place: Look for Santa on the lower level near the new Belk for Women & Kids store. He’ll make Santa Paws pet photos for the final time 6-9 p.m. Monday and don the Big Orange suit for Santa Vols photos 6-9 p.m. Nov. 30. Visit www.hamilton place.com.
