Council to hear scenic view rules
The Cleveland City Council will hear a report Monday about Chattanooga’s scenic view ordinance.
Chattanooga recently adopted rules to protect “certain areas of scenic value” by regulating the height of new structures in those areas.
The Cleveland City Council meets Monday at 2 p.m. for a work session and at 4 p.m. for its official voting session.
