The City’s 3-1-1 phone system has been repaired and is operating properly. The 3-1-1 phone system was knocked out of service as a result of a strong weather system that passed through the city this morning.
Please be advised that the 3-1-1 system is experiencing a heavier than normal call volume because of the weather.
