Citing “circumstances beyond our control,” producers have canceled the two Yo Gabba Gabba! live shows, “There’s a Party in My City,” scheduled Oct. 19 at Memorial Auditorium.
Purchases made by credit/debit card are automatically refunded. Cash refunds must be obtained at the box office, 399 McCallie Ave. Regular hours are 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (closed Labor Day).
As a consolation, the production company is offering Gabba Party Packages (one for each ticket purchased) for another city by request. According to an auditorium official, the party package is a $119 preshow party with the characters.
“If you bought regular $39 tickets here, they will upgrade you to the party package somewhere else,” said Donna Landry, marketing director.
Nearby cities include Birmingham (Oct. 19), Huntsville (Oct. 20), Nashville (Oct. 21), Atlanta (Oct. 23-24) and Knoxville (Nov. 3).
To request your free packages, fill out the form at http://cha.yogabbagabbalive.com. The form will be active until Oct. 12, and the confirmation number from your ticket receipt is required.
