* What: Food Works has just revealed its new fall menu, and one of the most enticing dishes is bacon-wrapped stuffed quail. The quail is filled with a shiitake mushroom stuffing and served with sweet pepper grits, wilted spinach and a balsamic pan sauce. “Our objective is to keep the menu approachable while maintaining the standard of those who are in search of a little more,” said executive chef Jeremy Allin. “We’ve achieved that in the past, so hopefully we can do nothing but move forward.”
