Vicky B. Gregg, chief executive of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, has been elected to the board of First Horizon National Corp.
First Horizon is the Memphis-based parent company of First Tennessee bank.
Gregg has more than 25 years of experience in health care benefits and financing.
She has previous experience as president and CEO of Volunteer State Health Plan, a Blue Cross subsidiary that is one of the country’s largest Medicaid health maintenance organizations. Before joining Chattanooga-based Blue Cross, she was Humana’s vice president for Kentucky and Ohio.
