Police in Calhoun, Ga., are seeking the man who robbed the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Red Bud Road over the weekend.
Police Chief Garry Moss said in a news release today that the man came into the store about 5:15 p.m. Sunday and passed the pharmacy clerks a note demanding narcotics. The note implied that the man had a gun, Chief Moss said. The clerks turned over an undisclosed amount of narcotics and the man left on foot, the chief said.
The robber is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s. He is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and has a mustache. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark baseball cap and khaki pants.
Police are asking anyone with information to call the Calhoun Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division at 706-602-5755 or the Gordon County 911 Center.
