The Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors donated $10,000 Wednesday to the regional growth planning effort for the 16-county Chattanooga region, which includes parts of Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.
The 40-year plan is being supported by city, county, foundation and business groups to better plan future transportation, education and development in the region.
The plan is being coordinated by the Southeast Tennessee Development District and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.
