DoGood for a Dog Friendly Chattanooga will present the third annual St. Pawtrick’s Day Dog Walk and Yappy Hour at Greenlife on Saturday starting at 10 a.m.
DoGood for a Dog Friendly Chattanooga is a volunteer citizens group that works with the Chattanooga Parks and Recreation Department to educate residents and visitors about being responsible pet owners.
On Saturday, owners and their pets can put on their most festive green and meet up at the Pavilion at Renaissance Park at 10 a.m. for a fun walk.
Dogs must be on a leash, and owners should bring waste bags to pick up after their pets.
After the walk, the party will move to the dog-friendly courtyard at Greenlife Grocery, 301 Manufacturers Road, for a Yappy Hour from 1 to 3 p.m.
There will be a costume contest and giveaways with free treats for the dogs. Food and drink will be available for purchase inside Greenlife.
