Raymond Nicholas PhillipsHIXSON – Original charges have been dismissed against Raymond Nicholas Phillips.
He was originally facing a 2009 rape charge, after investigators say he admitted to raping an 18-year-old girl after she passed out from drinking.
But Phillips pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of sexual battery and was given a 2-year suspended sentence.
