North Market Street at Manning Street on Tuesday will have lanes closed for sewer construction.

The Chattanooga Transportation Department said the southbound lanes will be narrowed to one lane and the northbound lanes will be detoured by using Kent Street Woodland Avenue and Bush Street.

Additionally, it was stated that Hamill Road between Adams Road and Greenway Farms remains closed to traffic for road repairs. It is scheduled to reopen Aug. 2. Cassandra Smith Road, Hixson Pike and Adams Road are being used as detours.
