CHATTANOOGA – Chattanooga Police have been on high alert after nearly 100 complaints of check fraud in the area.
“This has been happening all over the city,” Officer Nathan Hartwig says.
It’s the same problem the city of East Ridge has been dealing with for months. Now the two agencies are joining together to tell the public to be on the lookout.
