Lana ToomeyToomey named at Chattanooga Business Machines
Chattanooga Business Machines has chosen Lana Toomey as president of the company.
Toomey, who has served as the company’s chief operating officer for the past two years, has 15 years with the company.
She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
“On the 30th anniversary of the company, the time is right to make this change,” said owner Harry L. Fields III, who will now serve as chief executive. “Lana’s proven skills and talents will help lead this company’s growth and expansion.”
Toomey will also oversee the management of Parrot Distributing, a nationwide wholesale distributor of Panasonic office equipment, which is also owned by Fields.
