Ruby Falls, 1720 S. Scenic Highway, will open its ZipStream Aerial Adventure for the season this weekend. Operated in partnership with The Adventure Guild, the self-directed courses allow children, youth and adults to move through a series of increasingly challenging tree-to-tree activities that include ladders, nets, walkways, bridges, tunnels and zip lines. 2013 also brought new features, including the three-sided, 40-foot Climbing Tower and Tower Zip Ride, 700 feet of round-trip zipping without the ropes course. Generally, ZipStream is open Saturdays and Sundays in March through May (plus Fridays in April), daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day, then Saturday and Sunday through Thanksgiving weekend. Hours vary. Tickets range from $19.95 to $34.95. For more information, call 423-821-2544 or visit www.rubyfallszip.com.
