The next six weeks are going to be rather different for University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women’s golf coach Colette Murray.
In every year of her Mocs career, she’s had some sort of schedule leading up to an NCAA regional tournament.
That’s not the case this year.
“I’ve been driving back and thinking about what to do for the next month and a half,” she said via cell phone. “We don’t have that right now.”
The Mocs shot a 16-over-par 880 at Savannah Quarters Country Club and finished runner-up to Furman in the Southern Conference tournament Tuesday.
