Carl Lee Hice was killed in a wreck at the Chattanooga National Cemetery April 7.A man involved in a crash near the Chattanooga National Cemetery April 7 has died.
Chattanooga police say 51-year-old Carl Lee Hice was traveling north on South Holtzclaw Avenue and turned in front of another vehicle traveling south through an intersection.
Hice's vehicle rolled over, causing him serious injuries. He later died. No charges will be filed in the crash, police said.
