To use the free service, area residents can visit www.erlanger.org and click on the “Book an Appointment” link. The web link provides information on participating primary care physicians and specialists and verified patient reviews. With the physicians’ schedules available in real time-including last-minute cancellations and no-shows-users can choose an open time slot and schedule their own appointments with a few clicks.
“ZocDoc delivers a more simple and streamlined experience for consumers who book appointments with Erlanger physicians,” Erlanger CEO Kevin M. Spiegel said. “We’re delighted to be able to offer this cutting-edge technology for the first time in this region, enabling our community to make their own doctors’ appointments online.”
