UPDATE: Affidavit shows teacher allegedly sexually assaulted students at her home

A teacher at Central High School was arrested today under allegations of sexual misconduct with students.

Rebecca Feher, 24, is charged with two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and is currently being held in the Hamilton County Jail.

At 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, police officers responded to a calls of a sexual assault at Central High School. Upon arrival, police officers were told several rumors circulating around school about a female teacher having inappropriate relations with two male students, according to an arrest affidavit.

"Upon investigating the juvenile victims and the suspect the allegations were proven true by statements of the victims and the defendant's confession," the affidavit said.

The alleged sexual assaults occurred at Feher's home. The victims are male students between the ages of 13-18. The Times Free Press will not be identifying the victims.

"The victims met at the school where the defendant was a teacher and were enticed in by the defendant's position of trust as a teacher," the affidavit said.

Feher is listed on Central High School's website as a Spanish teacher. She is also listed as a Spanish teacher for Brown Middle School.

Feher's bond is listed at a total of $40,000; $20,000 for each victim.
