A woman collapsed today during an agenda session of the Chattanooga CIty Council.
While giving a presentation to the council about the EPA's clean power plan, Tennessee Sierra Club member Chris Lunghino reported feeling faint and started to collapse.
City staff quickly caught Lunghino, and Councilman Larry Grohn and Fire Chief Lamar Flint attended to her.
Other emergency personnel were called and responded within seven minutes.
Lunghino was taken from the meeting by paramedics. She was conscious and speaking to Council members and paramedics.
