The Crash Pad named one of the coolest and most unusual places to stay in U.S.

The Crash Pad is located at 29 Johnson Street in Southside Chattanooga.

The Scenic City has once again been recognized as a top destination for discerning vacationers.

The Crash Pad, a boutique hostel in Chattanooga's Southside, was featured in Dream Vacation Magazine's article "16 of the Coolest & Most Unusual Places to Stay in the United States."

The article describes The Crash Pad as "a unique, LEED Platinum-certified hostel located in the heart of Chattanooga's Southside neighborhood the lodge provides a comfortable, home-away-from-home abode where you can relax among friends."

Owners Max Poppel and Dan Rose, college roommates and climbing enthusiasts from Boston, opened The Crash Pad in 2011.
