The cost to use Chattanooga’s bike share system is going up — and down.
Annual memberships will be reduced from $75 to $50. Officials say they hope the change will encourage more locals to ride.
Casual rider rates will bump up from $6 to $8 for a 24-hour access pass and from $12 to $15 for a three-day access pass.
It’s the system’s first price change since launching three years ago.
Officials say the new rates are effective July 1.
