Thank you for the opportunity to publicly thank Beverly Casey of the Memorial Auditorium administrative office and her associate Marcus Grissom. Mrs. Casey received my anxious call about the loss of my wedding ring at the recent Chicago concert (my ring is 45 years old and irreplaceable). She was extremely sympathetic and personally initiated a successful search of the auditorium with the assistance of Mr. Grissom. They demonstrated absolute professionalism, and I am very grateful for their support.
