Curtis CarterA local man has been arrested and charged with statutory rape after police say had sex with a teenager.
Curtis Carter, 34, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure.
He is being held in the Hamilton County Jail on a $12,000 bond.
Each charge is a Class C Felony, and each carries between a three- and 15-year prison sentence.
