UPDATE: I-24 exit blocked by truck is now clear

A disabled tanker truck that partly blocked the westbound Fourth Avenue exit on Interstate 24 at the foot of the ridge cut has been cleared.

Traffic cameras showed the tanker pulled partly onto the shoulder with a TDOT help truck on the scene.
