Allison BurchettA judge today set a new status hearing after a woman accused in a cyberattack on her multimillionaire boyfriend's estranged wife did not appear in court.
Knox County Criminal Court Judge Steve Sword refused to set a trial date for Allison Beaver Burchett at a status conference today after her attorney had waived her appearance.
Sword set a Feb. 11 status conference at which Burchett must appear and a trial date will then be determined.
