A pair of apartment complexes are bringing a little of the North Shore to Dayton Boulevard.
Capstone Apartment Partners is offering Cove at Northshore and Chalet at Northshore for sale. The complexes can be purchased separately or together, according to Capstone. Both of the apartment complexes are located within a five-minute drive of downtown and are just over a mile from each other.
New owners can expect above-market returns, Capstone said, including double-digit cash-on-cash returns with no further improvements to current operations required.
Cove at Northshore is located 3.5 miles from Whole Foods and the central North Shore. It also offers a “best in class” interior finish level and fully renovated clubhouse and amenities, Capstone said.
Chalet at Northshore has no significant capital needs, according to Capstone.
