Missing Soddy-Daisy kids found

Two children missing from their Soddy-Daisy home overnight have been found, authorities say.

An endangered child alert was issued for 7-year-old Hannah Musgrave and her 4-year-old brother Matthew Musgrave after the two disappeared from the front porch of their home around 9 p.m. Tuesday.

The kids were found this morning two miles from their home at 811 Sluder Road by a resident named Mr. Fitzpatrick, Hamilton County EMS public information officer Amy Maxwell confirmed around 9 a.m.

The children suffered from bug bites, scratches and poison ivy, Maxwell said. Hamilton County EMS took the kids to Children’s Hospital at Erlanger for further evaluation.
