KNOXVILLE - Playing children discovered a dead man on Goforth Avenue on Sunday, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
The body of Kameron Dewayne Mills, 20, of Knoxville,was found by several juveniles at approximately 2:04 p.m., according to a news release.
The body was located beside an empty house in the 2000 block of the avenue in East Knoxville.
