A couple hundred people are braving the cold and rainy weather in the Miller Plaza area for the Chattanooga Best Town Ever festival.

Food trucks, live music performers and acrobatic bikers are available for the public to see. Several streets, including ML King Boulevard are closed around the area.

The festival is in honor of the Chattanooga winning the Best Town Ever award after it beat 63 other cities in an online tournament-style competition. It was the second time Chattanooga has won the award, given out by Outside Magazine.
