Larry Schumacher, the new CEO of CHI Memorial Hospital, will address the Walker County Chamber of Commerce on “The State of Healthcare today and its impact on Employers” on Tuesday, April 26th at the Walker County Civic Center.
Schumacher joined Memorial after working as system chief operating officer at the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) based in Springfield, Ill., for the past eight years. Prior to that, he served as president of Via Christi Health Network in Wichita, Kan., and executive vice president of Mercy Health Network in Des Moines, Iowa.
