The last two children injured in the Woodmore Elementary School bus crash have been released from Erlanger Hospital.

Both children were transferred to an undisclosed rehabilitation facility for additional treatment, according to Erlanger spokeswoman Pat Charles.

Six children died in the Nov. 21 accident and many more were injured. Six lawsuits have already been filed against the bus driver, 24-year old Johnthony Walker, and the bus company, Durham School Services.

Walker was bound over to the Hamilton County grand jury Thursday on charges of vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
