Chattanooga-area families rang in 2016, albeit 12 hours early, at Creative Discovery Museum’s annual New Year’s at Noon celebration.

The celebration included a countdown with Father Time and Baby New Year and a colorful confetti drop at the strike of noon, a more reasonable hour for the younger set. Kids also toasted the new year with apple juice and perform a one-of-a-kind rendition of “Auld Lang Syne” on kazoos.
