Two Cleveland men have been charged with burglarizing a business on Waterlevel Highway in Bradley County, according to a news release.

Bradley County Sheriff’s Office spokesman James Bradford said thieves stole a power saw from a vehicle parked at the business on May 6.

Deputies who checked back later discovered another theft.

Investigators and deputies identified and arrested Benjamin Andrew Nelson, 28, of 14th Street, and Ryan Duggan, 32, of Sixth Street, the release stated.

Both are in the Bradley County Jail. Nelson is charged with two counts of burglary and one count of theft over $500. His bond is $15,000.

Duggan is facing a $5,000 bond on one count each of burglary and theft under $500, Bradford said. They each have a court date on Tuesday.
