Danais SmithA search is under way in Bradley County for a man who fled across the state line from Georgia, according to the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.
Lawmen are looking for Danais Smith, 43, according to a news release.
Smith was being pursued by Georgia authorities when he drove into southeastern Bradley County, crashed his vehicle in the woods and ran away on foot.
Anyone who sees Smith is asked to call 911 immediately, sheriff’s office spokesman James E. Bradford Jr. said in the release.
