Van de Kamp new U.S. Xpress VP
Julie Van de Kamp is U.S. Xpress, Inc.’s new vice president of pricing. Van de Kamp began her employment with U.S Xpress, Inc. in 2007, and she has since served as a pricing analyst, business development manager and, most recently, as the director of business development.
Van de Kamp graduated from the University of Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English.
Van de Kamp resides in Chattanooga with her husband and daughter.
Hampton Inn wins Equities award
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities recently presented top awards for growth, success and excellence at the firm’s regional conference in Atlanta. The award for the revenue per available room went to the Hampton Inn by Hilton, Dalton, Ga.
“Julie Pavlu, general manager, and Mary Johnson, director of sales, do a great job leading their team and providing a friendly, consistent stay for all of their guests traveling up and down the I-75 corridor,” said Drew Salapka.
Hotel Equities is an Atlanta-based full-scale hotel ownership, management and development firm operating more than 100 hotels throughout North America.
