The wintry mix of activities will continue throughout the day, with face painting, crafts, hot cocoa, an opera production, a dance performance and a dance party expected.
The first flakes will fall at 1 p.m., ushered in with a performance by the Tempo Dance Studio. After that, the flakes will fly every 30 minutes, with the final flurry at 4 p.m.
