Longtime Chattanooga CPA firm Johnson, Hickey & Murchison PC has merged its practice with Hixson CPA firm Mann & Miller PC, helping make JHM a top 500 accounting firm nationally.
“We are thrilled about the opportunities this merger affords JHM to grow its existing niche markets in the local and surrounding area, and we are eager to aggressively position ourselves in the peer review area,” said Dean Krech, JHM’s managing partner, in a statement.
Mann & Miller’s Dewey Mann and Ethan Miller have been named partners at JHM, according to the firms.
JHM is a top 20 Tennessee CPA firm with more than 40 employees. Mann & Miller has about three employees.
JHM is entering its 40th year of service to small and midsized businesses, municipalities and nonprofits in Chattanooga and surrounding markets.
