Chattanooga resident Tom Perry Bell, 58, was arrested by the Chattanooga Police Department when an officer observed the stolen Second Missionary Baptist Church van pulling out of a business on Highway 58.
Bell has been officially charged with burglary and theft over $1,000 regarding the incident at Cleveland Country Mart on Waterlevel Hwy.
