The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office’s (HCSO) investigation into yesterday’s shooting at 13424 Dayton Pike has found that the cause of the shooting was a verbal argument between two motorists.

The shooting, which occurred in the Bakewell community, is not gang related.

Deputies arrested Donald Stuard II last night at a residence in Rhea County. He is charged with attempted first degree murder.
