CHI Memorial's mobile health coach will offer mammography screenings from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan. 4 and Jan. 8 at the Bradley County Health Department, 201 Dooley St. SE, in Cleveland, Tenn.
Any woman over age 35 who has not had a screening mammogram in the last year may participate, with or without insurance, according to a CHI Memorial news release.
Women need to know their doctor's first and last name. Those with insurance should bring their insurance card and a photo ID. Insurance will be filed for you.
Those without insurance may qualify for financial assistance. If an abnormality is discovered, the diagnostic work-up is covered and CHI Memorial will provide a financial plan for follow-up care.
