Soccer friendly brings U.S. men's national team, Jamaica to Finley Stadium

Kickoff is scheduled at 7 p.m. in front of an estimated capacity crowd of 20,000 at Finley Stadium, 1826 Carter St.

According to the U.S. Soccer Federation, Chattanooga was chosen as a way to reward emerging soccer markets.

Chattanooga Football Club set an amateur attendance record in 2015 by drawing more than 18,000.

About a week later, the U.S. women's national team played a friendly against Costa Rica before a sellout crowd.

FS1 and UniMas will televise the match.

Tickets, starting at $28, are sold in advance through www.ussoccer.com and 1-800-745-3000.

They will be available at the gate only on game day.
