Chattanooga native Steve Dinberg, an award-winning commercial, sports and fine arts photographer now based in Atlanta, will be in town Friday, Feb. 24, to introduce his first public photography exhibition on Cuba on view at the Mountain City Club.
Gail Rich of Jumpst/art, which represents Mountain City Club, says the photographs in “Havana Dreams: Cuba in Living Color” were made on several trips to the neighboring country by Dinberg, who is “passionate about travel.”
Jumpst/art regularly curates gallery shows for corporate and business settings in Chattanooga, according to Rich, but this is the first time it has been a single artist event, rather than a focus on multiple artists.
“We decided it was just such a unique and powerful show, we wanted it to be highlighted,” she says.
