A fire engulfed a barn near the 10,000 block of Apison Pike in Collegedale, Tenn. Monday evening.
No injuries were reported, but Hamilton County emergency personnel were on scene just in case.
The 911 call was made around 6:30 p.m. to report a barn fire behind a home. Because the barn was unoccupied, the Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department “controlled the fire to the barn,” according to a news release.
The structure is a total loss, the fire department wrote in a tweet.
The cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
