Southern Gospel Singing Jubilee will be held Saturday, June 10, at 6:30 p.m. as a fundraiser for Tennessee Valley Veterans Benefit. The gospel singing will be held at Anchor of Hope Baptist Church, 2613 Lakeview Drive in Rossville.

The concert will feature Ordained Ministries, Aimee Garden and Happy Anchormen Quartet, who are all donating their time for this concert so that every dollar raised will help the veterans fund.

There is no admission for the concert, but a love offering will be taken for the nonprofit.

Prior to the concert, a spaghetti dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. for $7 per plate.

Tennessee Valley Veterans Benefit, which began five years ago, is a nonprofit that helps veterans in Chattanooga or North Georgia with a variety of needs; for example, making home repairs, building wheelchair ramps or buying groceries.

All requests are presented to the nonprofit’s board, which verifies and approves them.
